All orders are processed and dispatched once payment has cleared and as soon as possible. Due to the nature of the products and to ensure you receive the freshest products, orders may be dispatched up to 3 working days after you place your order (please take into consideration that these products are handmade).

We are not responsible for lost packages and delivery-related issues. Please contact the courier directly if you have any issues.
