Where incorrect entry of your delivery address results in a missing parcel, we are not liable to refund your order. Please pay attention when entering your shipping details.

We are not responsible for lost packages and delivery-related issues. Please contact the courier directly if you have any issues. 

Please note that if your country of origin, customs or border control refuses our products because of their natural state, the postage/shipping fee will not be refunded.
